From Street Art to Cubism
Mehsos is a Belgian artist born in Namur.
Captivated by drawing since his childhood, he has been passionate about various artistic movements since the end of the 90s.
Influenced by Cubism but also by the Graffiti-Street Art movement,
he developed his style before painting his first walls in Belgium.
He create canvas and reduced formats in his studio.
He also tried various mediums such as oil, aerosol or watercolour.
For several years, Mehsos has prioritized acrylic technique in his workshop and adapted his tools for outdoor wall paintings.
Graphic deconstructed style
From canvas to wall, graphic deconstruction is omnipresent.
According to Mehsos,"Everything is movement,the ephemeral is infinite", nothing is fixed.
His universe is caracterized by the presence of dynamic triangles.
He is working on three themes about time and duration both in the studio and on walls.
